How to place an orders?
In our store, there are 3 methods of ordering-
How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Register Now" link at the main page in APP or u can later register by clicking on left side menu bar and just the click on register button. Please provide the information in the form that appears.
Are there any charges for registration?
No, Registration is absolutely free.
Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Vridhi Stores?
No, you can surf/browse and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
Can I have multiple registrations?
No, Each contact phone number can only be associated with one account.
Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and but same or common delivery address?
Yes, you can place orders with same delivery address but the contact phone number associated with accounts should be unique.

How I assure that all product which I ordered through App is completely delivered ?
We assure you that all product is showing on our App/website with stock is GUARANTEED delivered to your doorstep because we work on our own inventory stock which is directly procure from company supply chain or other vendors.
3. Account Related
What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at vridhistores.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
How do I reset my password?
You need to click on login link, then click on forget password and enter your registered mobile number and click on reset password. A message is received with a temporary password you should login using that password. After that if want to change password as your own then go to my account section click on change password and enter the old temporary password and new password.With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on us using the following modes of payment:
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?
There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulizations which is included in the MRP of each product. NO extra taxes will be taken by you.
Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on Vridhi Stores?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on www.vridhistores,com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
Note: All transactions on Vridhi Stores are completed via secure payment gateways which is "CASHFREE" which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.
What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.
If I pay by Online how do I get the amount back for items not delivered or Undelivered?
If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the refund amount will be refunded to your bank account within 4-6 working days. If, you will not recived after 6 days, please contact our customer care and we will give you a instant refund.
5. Vridhi Wallet & Coupon Offers
What is VRIDHI WALLET?
VRIDHI WALLET is a dummy wallet which is inside the App Module in which any type of cashback offers is directly credited and you can easily use it in your future orders.
Is there any restrictions in amount Redemption from Wallet?
No, There is no restriction in Redemption. You can use total value which is showing in wallet in a single order any time.
How many types of Coupon Codes you Offer?
Basically, there are three types of Coupon Code we offer-
Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done selecting your products and then click on "My Cart" page at the footer. You can see there is a "Get Coupon Code" Box where you can select from mutiple voucher's/ coupon code that you shall be elible for OR sometimes we share the some special coupon code in that case you have to simply fill the coupon code and tap on "Apply" Button. The amount will automatically be Reduced from your invoice value or For Cashback it will reflect in your VRIDHI WALLET. Then go for Checkout Page.
6. Delivery Related
When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on that day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations).
How will the delivery be done?
We have our own delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating in our delivery area across the city which ensures timely delivery to our customers.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our APP/website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Manage Address” section to change your delivery address.

Do you deliver in my area?
You will be able to check this detail at the "Deliver At" button shows in APP/website OR at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer care will keep you updated about your delivery.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
Some minimum order value will be for each location. In case, if you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order (delivery charge will vary from location to location and range between â‚¹40/- to â‚¹80/-). No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown.
Do you do same day delivery?
We do same day delivery provided to you, only when you place your order before 1hr of the slot availaibility.
What is Same Day Delivery?
All you have to do is order before 1hr of slot availiability and we will deliver it to you the same day according to slot chosen by you. If, any order placed for less than 1hr near to the slot available, It will be delivered in the next slot which will come. For example if you place the order at 12:59 pm you can choose from either 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm - 7 pm slot. But, if order is placed at 4:00 pm you will receive it on the next day in the first available slot. (Although you will choose 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm slot).
Note: It will be changes as per the some special occasions and conditions.
7. Order Related
What are delivery slots?
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.
Can I reschedule my order delivery slot after placing the order?
Yes, you can only do this by connecting to our customer care.
I’m trying to place an order today but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?
Depending on store timings and store slot capacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day.
How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on APP/website. Please contact our customer care for any modification of order.
Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
No, you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products in your orders because we have to manage whole inventory management.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order under the "My Order" section on the right top corner and click on "track" icon button. This will clearly shows the order status.
How do I check which items were not available from my order?Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?
You will receive a sms or through the whatsapp messenger about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.
Why is there an order cancellation fee only when it will delivered at your doorstep?
We charge an order cancellation fee to compensate for the slot, time and effort incurred towards processing an order. Every order placed has to undergo a system driven process as well as a manual process in order to make sure the order reaches our customers on time, every time. For this purpose, a slot is booked for every order that gets placed in our system and the order picking process happens seamlessly. In this entire process we incur labor as well as an opportunity cost on the booked slot.
Please Note: You make sure, if you don't need to want that order. Please inform us immediately via our customer care number or on our whatsapp messenger in case when we are busy on call.
8. Cancellation & Returns
How can I cancel my order?
We provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is accepted from us. This option is available under the “My Orders” section tab and click on order “View Details”. Click on "cancel order".
Please note: Once the order is accepted, it will only be cancelled when you will call to our ucstomer care executive for cancellation of orders.
What If I want to return something?
You can return the products which you are dissatisfied with only, at the time of delivery. Payment will be settled in the bill amount directly for "cash on delivery payment" mode and Direct account refund will initiated by us for "online payment" mode which will reflect in your bank account within 4-6 days.
In case, if any product reached to you is defected/Expiry/Quality Issue then you should connect with our customer support team or you can easily connect on our whatsapp messenger within 48hrs from the delivery date.
9. Customer Related
