White Till has a delicate and sweet nutty flavour.
White Till is commonly used in Middle Eastern and Asian dishes. It's used in bakery products like bread and buns, as well as in a lot of Indian sweets like Chikki and Till Ladoo. The toasted seeds are used on top of stir-fries, salads, and soups. The raw sesame seeds are also made into a paste called Tahini which is a principal ingredient in hummus.
