1. Delivery Areas

Vridhi Stores currently delivers orders only within selected serviceable areas. Delivery availability depends on your location and pin code.

You can check whether delivery is available in your area through our app or website before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after successful confirmation and payment (if applicable).

Orders are usually processed within a short time as per the slot choosen and prepared for dispatch as per the delivery slot choosen either it will be same day or next day.

3. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders as per the slot choosen at checkout in the app either it will be same day or next day,

4. Delivery Charges

For timing before 4pm, we may offer same-day services.

Or in worst case scenarios products will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

• Refusal to accept the order

Vridhi Stores reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional delivery fees for re-attempting the delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find any item missing from your order, please contact our customer support immediately or within a 1-2hrs time after delivery.

We will review the issue and take appropriate action as per our refund or replacement policy.

9. Non-Deliverable Locations

Certain areas may be temporarily or permanently unavailable for delivery due to operational limitations or safety reasons.
