Payment Related Policy 

What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on us using the following modes of payment:

• Cash on delivery.
• Online Payments -
  • via Debit/Credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay).
  • UPI, Wallet (BHIM, Paytm, G-pay, PhonePe and many more).

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?
There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulizations which is included in the MRP of each product. NO extra taxes will be taken by you.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on Vridhi Stores?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on www.vridhistores,com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
Note: All transactions on Vridhi Stores are completed via secure payment gateways which is "CASHFREE" which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

If I pay by Online how do I get the amount back for items not delivered or Undelivered?
If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the refund amount will be refunded to your bank account within 4-6 working days. If, you will not received after 6 days, please contact our customer care and we will give you a instant refund.

Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done selecting your products and then click on "My Cart" page at the footer. You can see there is a "Apply Promo Code" Box where you can select from mutiple voucher's/ coupon code that you shall be elible for. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value. Then go for Checkout Page.

Delivery Conditions 

When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on that day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations).

How will the delivery be done?
We have our own delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating in our delivery area across the city which ensures timely delivery to our customers.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our APP/website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Manage Address” section to change your delivery address.

How much are the delivery charges?

What is the minimum order for delivery?
Some minimum order value will be for each location. In case, if you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order (delivery charge will vary from location to location and range between ₹40/- to ₹80/-). No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown.

Do you do same day delivery?
We do same day delivery provided to you, only when you place your order before 1hr of the slot availaibility.

What is Same Day Delivery?
All you have to do is order before 1hr of slot availiability and we will deliver it to you the same day according to slot chosen by you. If, any order placed for less than 1hr near to the slot available, It will be delivered in the next slot which will come. For example if you place the order at 12:59 pm you can choose from either 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm - 7 pm slot. But, if order is placed at 4:00 pm you will receive it on the next day in the first available slot. (Although you will choose 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm slot).

Note: It will be changes as per the some special occasions and conditions.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

How can I cancel my order?
We provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is accepted from us. This option is available under the “My Orders” section tab and click on order “View Details”. Click on "cancel order".
Please note: Once the order is accepted, it will only be cancelled when you will call to our customer care executive for cancellation of orders.

What If I want to return something?
You can return the products which you are dissatisfied with only, at the time of delivery. Payment will be settled in the bill amount directly for "cash on delivery payment" mode and Direct account refund will initiated by us for "online payment" mode which will reflect in your bank account within 4-6 days.
In case, if any product reached to you is defected/Expiry/Quality Issue then you should connect with our customer support team or you can easily connect on our whatsapp messenger within 48hrs from the delivery date.

You can return the product in same day  if you are not satisfied the product quality , If your product not return we provide the refund by cash or next bill discount.

Product Information Liability

The images as exhibited of the products on the website or on the mobile application are only for the purposes of representation and reference. The actual product might differ in its colour, appearance or final packaging. The availability of the products shall be determined only at the time when the actual order is being placed and after confirmation of the delivery locations.

The pictures and the colours of the product as displayed on the website may differ with the actual product delivered.

The products and packaging as exhibited on the website might vary with the details of the product delivered to you with respect to the batch number, date of packing, date of expiry as these would vary so as to ensure quality products being delivered to the customer.

In case the manufacturer, changes the packaging while retaining the quantity and contents, then again the product as delivered shall vary in its look.

Thus, colour variation, details of label on the product and packaging of change in bottle or box or container shall not amount to defect or deficiency in service.

Pricing Policy

The products shall be sold at the Maximum Retail Price or less as stated on the label of the packaging. The goods will never be sold at a price higher than the MRP. The price charged as on the date of order and payment shall prevail and not those as on the date of delivery. Rounding off of the bill amount will be done to nearest rupee. i.e. fraction of 50 paisa and above shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee and fraction of less than 50 paisa shall be ignored.
